Tucson Private Client Sourcing 2026

Every February, the global gemstone trade comes together in Tucson, Arizona, bringing an extraordinary range of antique diamonds and rare colored stones into one place.

It’s one of the few opportunities each year to view and compare truly special gems side by side, and I use this time to source stones for a small number of private clients.

This form is the first step in that process. It helps me understand what you’re looking for, your style and stone preferences, and the general scope of your project so I can determine whether Tucson sourcing is the right fit.

If your request is a good match, you’ll be invited to reserve a sourcing spot with a $1,000 deposit. This deposit lets me know you’re committed to having me source for you in Tucson, and it allows me to prioritize your project while I’m at the shows. The deposit is non-refundable, except for in the unlikely event that I’m unable to find a stone that meets your desired specifications.

I’ll hand-select a small group of stones that fit your vision and budget and share photos and videos with you from Tucson. Once you’ve chosen a stone, it must be paid for in full in order to secure it. If we’re moving forward with a custom piece together, that payment will be applied as the deposit toward your design and fabrication. If you’re purchasing the stone on its own, it will be invoiced and shipped directly to you.

Please note that we work only with natural stones and will not be sourcing lab grown or synthetic colored gemstones or diamonds.
