Processing & Shipping

Most of our items are made to order; please refer to the individual product page description for a processing time estimate.

Once your order is ready to ship, it will be thoughtfully packaged, insured, and will require signature upon delivery. Once shipped, packages typically take between 2-3 days to arrive at its final destination for domestic orders.

If the shipping carrier is unable to complete delivery after three attempts, the package will be automatically returned to us. In such cases, the recipient will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

International Orders & Customs

We’re happy to offer international shipping for most pieces, but we ask that you contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order, as we may need to add a shipping option to the product listing for your country.

Please note that import duties, VAT, GST, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are typically due at the time of delivery.

What to Expect

For orders shipping to Australia, the UK, the EU, and Canada, taxes and duties are commonly applied to fine jewelry.

  • These fees are calculated based on the total value of the piece, including shipping and insurance.

  • Some countries also charge a small customs clearance or processing fee.

Customs Delays

International orders may be delayed at customs. While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery process, once the package leaves our hands, we cannot expedite or bypass customs clearance.
