Processing & Shipping

Most of our items are made to order; please refer to the individual product page description for a processing time estimate.

Once your order is ready to ship, it will be thoughtfully packaged, insured, and will require signature upon delivery. Once shipped, packages typically take between 2-3 days to arrive at its final destination.

If the shipping carrier is unable to complete delivery after three attempts, the package will be automatically returned to us. In such cases, the recipient will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
